This screening is very important with routine stool exams for blood and colonoscopies once 50yo in non high risk patients. Rectal bleeding: is the most common sign of bowel cancer. Changes in bowel habits - constipation/diarrhea usually aren't. Unlikely: I'm not sure why you are concerned about "bowel cancer" from lumps in your head. Bowel cancer presents in many ways but head lumps is not one i'm familiar with.
