I feeling something unusual jus below my left chest which come and goes and mostly its off and I also have bounding pulse all over the body?
Palpitations?: It sounds as though you might be experiencing palpitations. It's very common in young adults. It might be due to skipped or extra heart beats, or it might not be related to your heart at all. Sometimes palpitations can be exacerbated by anxiety, caffeine, or thyroid problems. You might want to check with a physician, especially if you have chest pain, breathing trouble, or fainting.

Why do I get a heavy bounding pulse in my neck only when I urinate? It lasts about 30 seconds and goes back to normal
Vagus nerve: When someone strains to urinate it stimulate the vagus nerve and this causes a temporary bradycardia that may make for uncomfortable sensations as your cardiovascular system attempts to adapt to the changes. Some people actually pass out, particularly elderly men. Stay safe!

May be normal: It is normal in thin individuals to see / feel your pulse in the upper abdomen. In that case there are no symptoms. It would also be normal to have a bounding pulse with exercise / fever/ anxiety etc. If you have additinal symptoms chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness then further evalaution may be necessary
What can be the causes for a bounding pulse and a recurrent shortness of breath along with constant chest pain.
Chest pain and dyspn: Shortness of breath (SOB) and chest pain with a bounding pulse (forceful palpitation) should get some further evaluation. Given your young age, it is likely benign, but should get an exam to evaluate. Constant chest pain is less likely to be heart related. Consider seeing a cardiologist or primary care physician for further evaluation. Severely worsened symptoms may warrant more urgent evaluation.
I have bounding pulse that is very forceful (Im forcing it too) and sometimes causes nosebleeds. Dr says heart is fine but I'm scared to die what todo?
Keep busy: You are at no immediate risk of dying from what you described. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
Many possibilities: Heart rate increases to supply more blood to tissues. This can be exaggerated by dehydration; anemia; increased demands - such as infection, endocrine disorders; certain medications; lung disease; circulation disorders; and several others. The most common cause in our society is probably deconditioning. If no other symptoms than fast heart rate, and all else checks out, incr. Exercise.See 1 more doctor answer
Not a chance: You are 22 and should have strong pulses. This means you do have good circulation and should heal well. If not look for other causes.See 4 more doctor answers

Yes: Pregnant teenagers face different challenges. Medically speaking, they are at higher risk for preterm birth, low birth weight, and increased infant mortality. They also have higher rates of depression and children with delayed cognitive abilities. This doesn't include the huge socioeconomic burden that teenage pregnancy brings to the table.See 1 more doctor answer
Many reasons: Complications in pregnancy can be from the pregnancy itself, such as placenta problems, amniotic fluid problems and problems with the baby's development. Other reasons might be medical complications related to diabetes, high blood pressure, lupus and many other medical conditions. Other reasons can be self imposed such as smoking drinking and using drugs.See 1 more doctor answer
