What is the sign when the bottom of my feet tingle. Like needles poking at the bottom of my heels and sometimes in my toes but its not painful.?

It sounds to me like: you are in a great deal of emotional turmoil. The combination of alcohol and xanax (alprazolam) can be lethal in some people, or equally bad, can lead to respiratory depression, decreased oxygen, and brain damage. I am not sure what the push pins are for, I am assuming this is some kind of similar behavior to cutting, and if so it is another cry for help.
