Neural injury: Male unknown age had laminectomy followed two months w. burning both feet. There are several explanations. Most likely is neural impingement leading to nerve cell death. Neurologists are experts at this kind of diagnostic sleuthing. Comparison of lower extremity nerve conduction studies pre- & post-laminectomy would provide a definitive diagnosis; if the pre- was even done. Often is not. Curious! ...Read more

Woke up w/feet pain, had it all day. Pain/burning on bottom of feet. Hurts to stretch/walk. Tried bengay, epsom salt & Aleve (naproxen) no-relief yet.
