Need a doctor's perspective on boric acid? Got roach problem in my home and have been sprinkling it around. Is it truly non-toxic to humans? Any long term effects of casual exposure?
I was prescribed boric acid vaginal capsules on 10/31/2013 to balance my PH levels. My Rx says to discard on 10/31/14. Is it still safe to use?

Probably ok: Boric Acid can have a bit of a gritty texture and cause some irritation to you as well as your partner. If these are not bothersome, its probably ok to have intercourse while using boric acid suppositories but good studies on this subject are not available.
