Yes: Taking Bonine (OTC) and metoprolol together has not been shown to interfere with each other. It is therefore safe to take Bonine or any of its other brands (antivert, dramamine) or generic (meclizine) to help with dizziness from motion sickness while still using metoprolol. ...Read more
