Could be many things: Go to your doctor, get a history and physical. Make sure they check vitamin D, thyroid function, blood count, vitamin B12, magnesium, sedimentation rate (sign of inflammation). Those things can all cause widespread pain. If you don't sleep well, or have high stress, anxiety, depression, that can cause widespread pain, too.
