Otherwise, while you can build up the pectoral(chest), deltoid(shoulder) and trapezius muscles to "hide" the collar bone, it usually results in the big neck body builder aesthetic which most people aren't interested, not only that it really take significant muscule hypertrophy to get to that "hiding" stage. ...Read more
