Swelling in left breast, collar bone, armpit, and shoulder blade area in the left half of my back. A hard bone like lump above my left breast.
Pinched Nerves: Swollen lymph nodes in the arm pit is a concern for a physician. It is possible there are two different pathologies or conditions going on here. From the picture, it looks like there is climbing which could explain shoulder blade pain radiating to the neck and might be a pinched nerve. MCL pain: hello, you have pain in mid clavicle radiating to right mid lung and say you have chronic right tonsillitis and other neck lymph adenopathy. Don't worry: It's common at age 16 to have enlarged lymph nodes- you have an active immune system. The lymph nodes at the base of your skull in back are occipital lymph nodes. They get big from viral infections, particularly mononucleosis. If these wax and wane in size, don't worry. If they stay big, see a doctor. Rarely 16-year-olds get lymphoma.
