I've been on Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and Clindamycin for recurring boils on buttocks. Still getting boils while taking antibiotics. What's wrong with me?

Culture?: Has anyone opened one of these boils and sent the contents for culture? If you're taking antibiotics and still getting them, chances are they are caused by a bacteria (or other organism) that is not sensitive to the antibiotics you are taking. ...Read more
