Seems OK: The above mention supplements are in common use and the amount you indicated is in safe range and so should be ok to use. Remember that supplements are meant to supplement and should not the primary source of your vitamins/proteins etc.. A well balanced diet with plenty of fruits/veggies should a better approach. Many good choices: B complex is important for mental function, as well as minerals like magnesium, so a good multivitamin is a good place to start. Gingko is an herb, not a vitamin. It can help but i find lesser-known herbs like bacopa, vinpocetine & huperzine often help even more. Yes. IV bad choice.: The oral route and IV route are equally effective at correcting excessive anticoagulation. The IV route carries the risk of anaphylaxis. Therefore the IV route should not be used if the oral route is available. The SC route is NOT as effective as the oral or IV and should not be considered a first line option. ...Read more
