Bodybuilding At 60 Years Old
No more growth: You need to come to terms with the fact that you are not going to grow anymore. At 18 , if you get maybe another 1/2 inch of growth, i'd be surprised. Your height is genetically determined, and your bones fuse in males by age18 , meaning no further growth is going to happen. There is no medication, hormone or other internet snake oil going to give you any more inches. Time to accept this is you! ...Read more
Testicles: Not sure what you mean? Are yours merging together? Not likely. May have other problems if so. But if we can chat I can get more details. Or show to your Dr. ...Read more
Hi I am ravi from india. Age about 29 years. Looking like 22yrs old. Facing height growth, height about 5 feet 3 inch. Weight about 60 kg. Pale face.
Very unlikely but...: I am sorry to tell you that most men stop growing around age 18- but occasionally some will grow until age 21 or so. Taking measures to increase your production of growth hormone might help, but if your growth plates have closed (like most 19 yo's) then you've reached your max. See "http://www.Thebodywellusa.Com/blog/dr-mike-carraghers-top-10-ways-to-increase-your-human-growth-hormone-hgh-levels". ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Depending on daily: schedule, I guess no. The whole concept of breakfast, as the word implies, is breaking fast from about 1/2 a day previously. If eating at 10:30 at night is shortly before bedtime, not several hours prior, then this behavior, commonly promoted in US culture, promotes becoming overweight, obese, ?Diabetic, over time; especially if carbohydrate foods (& are converted by liver into fats for storage). ...Read more
Depends: If you can do ten pushups, you are not too skinny. Many elite athletes match you. Despite the "normal height-weight" charts (which are subscientific), a man needs no more fat on the rest of his body than there is on the back of his hand or his penis. Many women prefer a slim, light-framed man, and the large majority prefer a man with visible muscles (definition). ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Consultation time: If you are really 19 and have had no signs of puberty it is time for a thorough evaluation. I'll assume you have had little contact with doctors or this would have been started already. A pediatric endocrinologist would be where i would send you after initial lab and x-rays. ...Read more
Unlikely to happen: Most 15 yo are near the end of their linear growth and can expect about 2 more inches. If they entered puberty later than their friends, they may finish later, but most are done at 17.An xray of the wrist and hand can show if more growth is likely by showing open growth centers. ...Read more
Cana female grow at 15 years old? (bone age 15), current height is 150.7cm. Mum's height is 162 and dad's height is 169, period came at 12 years old.
Slowly if any: Some kids continue to grow taller into their late teens or rarely early twenties but only when their bone maturity lags behind their age. If the growth centers of the long bones have fused, you cannot grow taller. A single x-ray of the wrist ; hand can yield a bone maturity. Most boys stop at 17. When you have reached bony maturity, you are done. ...Read more
No: Transient (tiny) measured increases in length by stretching, exercise, hanging upside down, etc will disappear after you stand up and gravity exerts its normal effect.Linear growth stops when the growth centers close toward the end of puberty. In males this is usually by 17. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Targeted weight: A target weight based only on age/height and body mass index is 125 lb with a common range from 112-140. Body mass index is an idealized number that assumes average muscle mass and bone structure. Much of what should be your best weight will must accept these variables. A range of 107-139 would still be within what is considered a normal weight range. ...Read more

Would a 15 year old female who's 5'0 feet tall, weighs 110 pounds, has scoliosis, and started menstruating 1 year ago grow taller?
Possibly: Linear growth usually stops within 2-3 years of the first cycle but there is slowing before the end. The best way to know is an x-ray of the wrist/hand which shows multiple growth centers. Analysis of the xray can provide a bone maturity index that correlates with potential growth. If the growth centers are closed. you are done, if open, there is some left. ...Read more
