I have just read a article on monsanto is bad for you now scared to eat because im going to die or do harm to my body?

I don't believe it: Some of my colleagues here oppose biotech food. I respectfully disagree. What I can tell you is that (1) I can't follow the scare stuff scientifically; (2) Monsanto's corporate methods are so odious that it's no wonder whole countries ban its stuff; (3) the most-cited famous anti-biotech article in a bona fide journal was as obvious a fake as Wakefield's. Try MgOx: Magnesium is available in many different forms. Magnesium citrate is used to clean out the bowel. Magnesium chloride is available as supplement, but the preferred form is the magnesium oxide. This appears to be absorbed better. Some patients with seizure disorders take up to 1500 mg mgox per day with benefit. For those with low mg there is better absorption of any form of mg. ...Read more
