See a doctor ASAP: This needs a full medical history and physical exam and probably some baseline labs and imaging studies. If you can, see an infectious diseases expert. If not, start with your pcp and let them guide the diagnostic process from there on. Do not delay this. You should be seen quickly and an investigation undertaken. Best wishes.

It is imperative that you obtain medical consultation and examination to determine the true cause of your problems.

I've been having fever for three days, sore throat, sore body and very upset stomach. Could I have the swine flu?

Viral illness: It sounds like a viral illness... Among the variants of flu out there, it's pretty hard to know which one you have without testing. Most of them have very similar symptoms. Most people who are young, healthy, and without any other chronic illnesses, recover from the flu without any problems. It'll take anywhere from 5-10 days. Fevers > 4 days warrant more concern. Hope you feel better soon!

Constipation issues: Most constipation is a direct result of your diet. Make a food diary of everything you eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, everything)for the next two weeks. Do it contemporaneously so you won't forget a thing. Then go over it. Foods known to cause hard stool are the grains (rice, barley. Oats) bananas, milk.
