Yes: She is tall for her age but weighs a good amount for her height. this is true if she is 120 months old (just turned 10). at 10 yrs, 59 inches is 95th percentile for height and 101 pounds is 92nd percentile for weight. According to World Health Organization growth curves. She is well proportioned.

Yes, but...: The calculator will give you an accurate bmi, but how well that measures your fitness/health is unclear. I've had finely tuned athletes show up as obese according to bmi. If you're concerned about it just check with your doctor.

For studies: In order to study obesity, one has to have a definition of what it means to be obese. You can't simply use weight, as 200 lb might be obese for some people but would be a thin person if their height was 6 ft 8 in. Bmi takes into account height and weight. A bmi over 30 is considered obese.

All should be OK: If you enter your correct height and weight into any bmi calculator, the results should be correct. The exact meaning of a particular bmi might be open to interpretation as someone who is very muscular and has only 4% body fat might have a higher bmi than a couch potato who has love handles. For most of us, the bmi is a good indicator of appropriate weight versus overweight.

Could it happen that a BMI calculator tell the difference between muscle and fat?

No: Bmi is simply a calculation based on height and weight. Since muscle weighs more than fat, muscular people will have higher bmis than normal. Body builders typically have bmis in the "obese" category (over 30), but they are not obese and many times have very low body fat.

Weight recommends: Are general. Around a 100 pounds if really petite. 110 pounds is spot on. Up to 121 is within range. However if you are muscular or have large bone structure you could weight more ; be just fine.

Any type: All fruit is healthy, and can be a part of a weight loss diet. It's a good idea to eat a variety of fruits, since different types have different nutrients in them. Fruits with a high water content - such as melon or grapefruit - can be useful in weight loss because the water makes you feel fuller but does not add calories.

Check caloric intake: The most common reason for being underweight according to bmi assuming you are taking in enough calories for your height is genetics. If one of your parents have he same body type, it does become more difficult to gain weight. With that said, it is important to eat more calories that what you are expending. Check how many calories you are burning at rest, with daily activities, and with exercis.

Fair: Your bmi is 25 kg/m2 and considered slightly overweight. However it is more important to measure the waist line size which should be much less than 35 inch in a female of your age. Do note that if you are somewhat muscular, the bmi may well be normal.
