Many more ?s: It is possible to eat around 1, 000 cal per day to loose weight. The trick is getting the proper nutrition and vitamins into that constrained calorie count. I would also say that exercise at that calorie level would need to be temporarily halved or stopped, depending on what you are doing and how intense the workout is. If you are eating 1300 calories per day and are not hungry this is a sign that you were maybe overeating before. The best solution is to make long term lifestyle changes.
