Depends: By the growth charts of the cdc your expected weight for height would be 120lb while a bmi chart would put you at 132 lb to be average weight for height. Most would agree that more muscle mass is preferred to more chub, and both charts do not make a distinction. Your pcp can give you specific recommendations based on your body.
