Underweight: Check out http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/BMI/bmicalc.htm which states body mass index less than 18.5 is underweight with normal 18.5-24.9, overweight 25-29.9 and obese being 30 or greater. With that said, body composition is just as, if not more, important than body weight. So if you're lean, that's better than being out of shape.
