Talk to your doctor : You may want to see a neuro -ophthalmologist. Your symptoms are very concerning. It's possible to have normal exam and negative MRI and still have something wrong. See an eye doc: Even though cat scan normal, you should still be seen by an ophthalmologist given your symptoms especially if they are progressive. It could be as simple as needing an updated pair of glasses if this is just eye strain(which can cause blurred vision, headaches, and stress related twitching around eyes), but it needs to be ruled out because it could be more serious. ...Read more

At your age i would expect you to need glasses for near or computer work, if you aren't already it will present as blurry vision at near. Have IIH, taking Topamax (topiramate). Have nausea, headache, diarrhea, eye blurriness/pain/grey tint to vision, grey/blck/whte blurs. Pupils rapidly grow/shrink.
