Blurry Spot In Vision
I have a blurry spot in my vision. It's a constant spot and doesn't change positions. What could it be?
Retina?: A small fixed blurry spot in the vision usually represents a macular problem in the retina. Sometimes, this is just a benign process but it's a good idea to get it checked out. There can be swelling like in serous chorioretinopathy or an early macular hole. See your ophthalmologist soon. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I suddenly got a big, blurry, spot in my vision. It grew worse, i had no headaches, i didn't feel different, but my vision was increasingly blurry?
I have a small blurry spot in my vision that stays in the same spot. Saw an ophthalmologist who said my eyes were healthy. Should i seek 2nd opinion?
Constant blurry spot: Many issues can cause a constant blurry spot in your vision. If the spot is stationary and is always present, it is often related to an issue in the retina or less commonly optic nerve. If the spot moves about in your vision, then this usually related to a floater which typically does not cause any problems. You need to see a doctor to determine the cause of the spot. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Have a thorough eval: Good evening. Because the possibilities are numerous, you should really contact your doctor for further eval. Best of luck. ...Read more
Shooting pain on one spot on my head that comes out of nowhere and at the same time my vision gets blurry. Wasn't injured so what can be causing this?
Hard to say: The usual question that people are concerned about is whether this might be a manifestation of a brain tumor or an aneurysm. This is not the usual presentation for these entities. However, it is a good idea to observe this and take notes that you can present to your doctor to help him/her figure this out. See an eye MD: It might be nothing or something as simple as a migraine. But it also could represent a blocked blood vessel that supplies the eye (almost like a mini stroke). You need to see an ophthalmologist who will determine whether any additional testing is required. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Doc found a black spot behind my eye said it could be a freckle sending me for 2nd opinion. Seeing floaters n blurry vision eyepain is this normal?
No: The eye pain and floaters are probably not related to the 'freckle' and are not normal. A choridal nevus is a freckle in the choroid the layer under the retina covering the inside of the eye. Most are benign but need to be monitored. A retinal exam and a bscan ultrasound can give clues if it is a melanoma (malignant tumor). A second opinion is a good idea in this case. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
