Amsler gird: There is a gird with central black dot that is called amsler grid. You can down load an app, search online or ask you doc for it. You test one eye at a time look straight at the center dot and make sure you can see all the grid lines surrounding of it. These may well B-: -"floaters" which R debris that is usually lingering in the lower recess of the eye & R not Cn. Like a snow ball globe. Once you tip it around, U C the particles. Same with the eye, exercise shakes up the eye, and we C "floaters". They usually spear dark as they block the entry of the light, but that's still the most likely thing.
