Most likely benign:
At your age, under the circumstances, sounds like your first episode of classical migraine, which was just the aura and not the headache.
But, could be retinal issue (like detachment), maybe decreased blood flow in ophthalmic artery, could be a venous issue associated with pregnancy. Agree that you would be young for classic tia, but maybe best to have eyes checked just to be safe.

Unlikely: Tia's are older folks problems and extraordinarity rare in your age group. More likely you had a type of migraine in which the vision in the right half (or left half) of both eyes went out. The rapid recovery makes this more likely. If it happens again, cover one and then the other eye and see if it is happening in both eyes.
