May be serious: You should be evaluated by your healthcare provider. These symptoms may be due to a migraine, but could also be symptoms of something more serious including meningitis or a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Cervical radiculopathy, pain radiating down arm and causing neck pain and shoulder stiffness can be caused by a bone spur, herniated disc , or fracture. Any trauma?
