Optical (wrong Rx for glasses) is e VERY uncommon cause of a painful eye. Type of pain is helpful to figure out a cause. Sharp-foreign body or dryness. Pain on movement--optic neuritis, trauma? Dull/sharp. Front of eye/back of eye?

At your age, under the circumstances, sounds like your first episode of classical migraine, which was just the aura and not the headache.
But, could be retinal issue (like detachment), maybe decreased blood flow in ophthalmic artery, could be a venous issue associated with pregnancy. Agree that you would be young for classic tia, but maybe best to have eyes checked just to be safe. ...Read more

Headache? G C arter: Usually G C arteritis can be included/excluded by a sedan rate (blood test) with your symptoms I would start with your primary care doctor or a neurologist.
