Diplopia: It is quite common to experience blurred vision as diplopia resolves. This is due to the fact that even though you may not be noticing true double vision, your eyes may not be totally in sync with each other. As time passes, this should improve. Talk to your doctor : You may want to see a neuro -ophthalmologist. Your symptoms are very concerning. It's possible to have normal exam and negative MRI and still have something wrong.
