Maybe (not) . . .: I'm not aware of any randomized double blind placebo controlled trials demonstrating any benefit from a smoothie as described above in an adequate sized population of otherwise similar men & women. Nothing wrong: There is no concern about any of the ingredients you mention. Am not sure whether to say it is "good" since other unprocessed foods are probably as good. It is an interesting combination of ingredients. I presume you did some research before choosing them?
