Maybe: if you are fair skinned then it will be quite normal to see veins. Not much to do but apply make up to cover the areas. They are not dangerous. If veins bulge they may have reflux and require treatment. A proper evaluation is key. ...Read more

R/O LIVEDO: Dilated blood vessels in the upper chest after a strenuous work out usually dissipate after 1-3hrs. If they persist and at only on one side , I would seek prompt evaluation. People with an underlying clotting disorder or an autoimmune problem can develop a condition called LIVEDO Reticularis. Pain in the wrist would be a joint or tendon problem especially if you do a lot of repetitive work with your hands.
