Cardiology qtc question based on 24 hr holter report: if max qt is 548 and max qtc is 586, is that a red flag? Could cold fx cause that?
Depends: it depends upon the quality of the data, certainly the telemetry measurement suggested by the holter is quite concerning. the gold standard would be the longest QTc interval on a good quality ECG. My wife just had a nuchal measurement on our baby, measuring 4.2mm. Is this a red flag or can it end up being fine?
More testing needed.: unfortunately a nuchal translucency that is greater than 3.5 millimeters would be considered abnormal, however it does not tell the complete story of the pregnancy. More testing would be needed to correlate the risk of a fetal anomaly with this ultrasound finding, such as a fetal cell free DNA blood test.
