Everything takes tim: I have seen light therapy be very helpful. Blue light traditionally has reported to be helpfull but perhaps red is showing better results...I personally like yellow...Getting the benefits of blue and red spectrum. But any light treatment has to be rather high intensity....Most of the consumer products are not anywhere near powerful enough. Even more benefits from intense pulsed light (ipl). ...Read more
