I am not sure the: Ssri has caused muscular rigitity. It likely hasn't helped much, with your level of tissue problems. Consider an snri, like cymbalta, which helps pain and mood. Abilify (aripiprazole) will not cure muscular rigitity. It's mechanism is unlikely to cause more but it could. Do you sleep poorly at night or grind your teeth? If so, needs management. Whatever bacteria is present that is causing this odor and discharge may not be responding to metro-gel anymore. You may be resistant, your history actually points to it. Consider asking your doctor to try a different antibiotic, Clindamycin is a good choice. If this does not work ask your doctor to perform a bacterial dna vaginal culture. You may have an uncommon bacteria that needs a completely different treatment regimen
