The most likely: Explanation is that you have a benign lipoma (fatty accumulation below the skin) with, coincidentally, a bruise near it. Did it get: Traumatized. Usually purple/bluish discoloration is suggestive of a bruise, or trauma to the local small bloood vessells that leads to blood leaking around the area. Please please get some real medical advice and learn how to care for your skin so that the acne can heal appropriately and you do not have life long scars to deal with.
