I always have stuffy nose and I use a nasal spray for it. But when I don't I blow my nose and blood comes out. What is going on and how can I fix?
It depends: If it only from one side you have broken a tiny vein. The result is that once you stop the bleeding by compressing your nostrils there is nothing further to do.
