How long?: If these have been present for months or years, you likely have an allergic condition. If they have been present for less than a week, it is likely from a cold. See your doc: It may be that you just have significant irritation/inflammation of your nasal passages/sinuses from noninfectious inflammation but it's also possible that you have a more concerning bacterial sinusitis that may require antibiotic therapy.
