Most likely not: This sounds like mucorrhea. This is not serious in of itself but is there any blood? Hmmm...: One cannot think too much into pink rings around people's dried urine puddles. Just presume toilet areas are a mess, full of poop germs. That means, if it's your toilet, clean it; if it's not your toilet, get in and out as fast as you can.
