See an OMS: I apologize if my previous answer to your questioin seemed short or vague. My point is that it sounds like your wisdom tooth is erupting through the gum tissue and possibly infected. Either way it is time to have it removed so you need to see an oral & maxillofacial surgeon (oms). Hope that helps. ...Read more

See your Dentist: It is impossible to say what you have, it could be an abscess , a bacterial infection or as you say an unusual mass or enlarged tissue. Must see the dentist to figure it out, and the sooner the better it will not go away by itself. ...Read more
