Large swollen portion on penis told it was broken blood vessel, now there is a clear hard vein area painful to touch. Could it be a penis thrombosis?
Mondor's Disease: Probable thrombosed dorsal vein of penis or superficial venous thrombophlebitis. Should not be a problem, not like deep vein thrombosis of leg or coronary thrombosis. Commonest causes are masturbation or excessive sex. Penile swelling should settle down in time. Chances high not: blood clot, but perhaps irritated eyes! If you still have your sinusitis brewing that's not helping matters. So if your eye exam is normal, and they did a dilated exam too, you are in the clear.
