Late period. Both a home and blood tests are negative for pregnancy. Mod. To strong abdominal cramps come and go. What could it be?
When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more
Why do I keep getting negative urine and blood tests when I clearly look 5 months pregnant and have all pregnancy symptoms?
If both blood and urine tests are negative for HCG, you are not pregnant. You may have just gained weight. If you must, you may ask your doctor for an ultrasound examination which would clearly reveal a fetus it there is one.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

I'm gonna rephrase my last question. Is it possible to have multiple negative pregnancy tests, including blood tests, throughout the whole pregnancy?
How much more accurate are the serum blood tests for confirmation than the urine home pregnancy tests? I am one week late with negative home tests.
My period started 12 days late but I am having pregnancy symptoms. All tests were negative, still waiting on blood tests?
Call for results...: You sound appropriately anxious, and its certainly appropriate to call the ordering provider's office for the results (rather than wait for them to call you) so your evaluation (and/or treatment) can move expeditiously forward. ...Read more

Hi. My period is 20 days late. I've taken 4 different pregnancy tests all said negitive. Doctors ran blood tests which also said negitave. Help?
Blood tests negative, feeling baby kick, how can I determine my pregnancy using other blood tests. Fibroids make them not see anything on ultrasound.
Unlikely scenario: Fetal movements are not usually detectable to the mother until at least 16 weeks. By this time, no amount of fibroids should obscure the fetus. In general, even an early gestational sac should be visible by ultrasound in the setting of most fibroids. The blood test used for pregnancy is very sensitive and accurate. False negative tests are extremely rare. Discuss with your ob. ...Read more

Had sex, then 2 periods in one month, 4 negative pregnancy tests and one positive, nauseous, back pain, can't take blood tests, am I pregnant? L
Need evaluation: Negative urine pregnancy tests are not always accurate early in pregnancy. However, a positive is usually correct. Assume that you are pregnant until proven otherwise. While some women get nausea and back pain with normal pregnancy, there are complications that can cause the same symptoms. Should be properly evaluated to rule out serious problem and confirm pregnancy. ...Read more
No period 4 months. Negative urine & blood pregnancy tests. Negative pcos. Cramp when due, just no period. My Doctors don't seem to give me help.
Should investigate.: If you've had regular periods and they've stopped suddenly (secondary amenorrhea), you need an evaluation. If your doctors won't investigate (if they're dismissive of your concerns), then find new doctors. I wouldn't think cancer first and foremost in this context, but you do need an answer. ...Read more

They do not routinely include the hormone indicative of pregnancy, human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hcg). Tests for this must be ordered separately. ...Read more

Depends on gest age: The blood pregnancy test or beta HCG is very sensitive and specific. The hormone is produced only by a developing human pregnancy. However, one result is only a snapshot.
