Lack of sensation when mastubrating and ejaculating, since being diagnosed with orchitis in Nov 2012. Blood test, ultrasound are normal though.
See urologist...: You need to collect the onset, degree, & progress of the symptoms with the sequence of events over time, and bring those to Doc for analysis, more Hx, physicals, and possible tests so to deduce possible Dx for proposing possible Rx. The complexity of your concern is beyond 400-letter space can address. Besides, looking into if the Dx of orchitis was correct and based on what will be worthwhile ...Read more
An ultraound, also known as a sonogram, is a painless and relatively inexpensive imaging test that utilizes sound waves instead of ionizing radiation. There are no side effects. Ultrasound can give us two-dimensional, and in some applications three-dimensional, images of structures and organs in virtually any part of the body. In addition to diagnostic uses, such as evaluating abnormalities in the abdomen, pelvis, and breast, ultrasounds are commonly used to guide needle and catheter placement in a variety of surgical ...Read more

Need to examine: If an ultrasound and supposedly examination by a doctor have not provided an answer, it would not be feasible to answer the question in this forum. It may require additional imaging, needle aspiration biopsy or open biopsy and examination of the material by a pathologist. ...Read more

Abd pain and itching:
With the negative tests you mentioned, it certainly does not sound like GB problems.
Many times withe the GBUS they will also look at the pancreas.
Your age is certainly against this being pancreatic cancer.
There are many other possibilities, and you should continue to seek medical help until the Dx is made. ...Read more
Lump on neck (next to midline) it moves when I swallow and hard to swallow. Normal blood test, ultrasound result said it's not a typical lump. Cancer?
Possible cyst.: At age 27, with no other symptoms, a midline lump on your neck is unlikely to be cancer. What could it be? There are congenital cysts that can arise in the neck (thyroglossal duct cyst-see pic). Benign nodules can occur in the thyroid. An infection can cause an enlarged hard lymph node. Your doctor might order an MRI or a biopsy. Try not to worry; cancer is the least likely possibility! ...Read more

Four home tests have been positive, negative blood test, ultrasound with three tiny blackish grey dots. What is the cause? Am I pregnant?
+ test 7-9 dpo then lite bleed same day. Blood test - & ultrasound show no pregnancy w/ thin uterine lining 3 days later. False + or was it 2 early??
Too early: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative re do the test in 4-5 days, unless you get a period before then. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. ...Read more

Burp/gas, abdominal/backburning like pain, feeling ill, alot of blood test ultrasound, hidascan normal. Fear of pancreascancer its been 2 weeks. Am 22yrold?
Pancreatic cancer occurs in an older group.
MRI or CT of the abdomen will not only show if there is a cancer but also if there are abnormal growths that have some risk of becoming one. (ultrasound is a pretty darn good test too).
On the other hand, even without stress, about 1 in 3 people have non-specific gas-like symptoms in the abdomen. Diet changes or Proton pump inibitors can be helpful ...Read more

Will a vanishing twin (lost at 7 weeks) affect first trimester downs syndrome testing with blood test and ultrasound?
Vanishing twin: No, it would not affect your test result. Ultrasound would show it for a while, but the developing twin will eventually grow big enough to hide it from view. ...Read more

Pediatrician to see: A pediatrician can evaluate why an 11 month old would keep vomiting over time. If the illness is short-lived, it can be any type of infection or other disorder. If vomiting persists, the doctor may refer to other pediatric specialists to check for more unsual causes such as neurological problems, medicine effects, chemical effects, intermittent blockage of the intestine, etc... ...Read more

Lower left leg, ankle&foot pain&swelling. No circulation issue. Have had blood test, xrays&ultrasound. No clot. No doctor I've seen knows what it could be.
Hard to be certain..: It's asking a lot of us online to come up with an answer. Lots of questions and an exam needed to try. If the pain and swelling is localized to a joint, e.g., your ankle, then you may want to ask if you were tested for different kinds of arthritis, e.g., lyme, rheumatoid, other infection, or gout. Not sure what else to offer. Good luck. ...Read more

Haven't had a period since coming of the pill 5 months ago. Not pregnant. Blood test normal. Ultrasound internal and external normal. Need help!
Need to be seen: It is not unusual to take several months to resume a normal cycle after stopping the pill. Most women will have a period before six months. You may need a more extensive work up to check for underlying cause if your cycle does not resume soon. Also, their are medicines that can be used to help you have a period if needed. Hope this helps. ...Read more
