Can a diagnosis of noncancerous growths on my ovaries be determined by a simple blood test?

Can a diagnosis of noncancerous growths on my ovaries be determined by a simple blood test?

Using all info: Ultrasound is usually the first step for determining if ovaries have cysts that are concerning. Radiologist look at features like size, solid areas, "complexity", and blood flow. They can not diagnose cancer, just tell you the risk that there may be a cancer. Tumor markers help but are again not diagnostic. Cysts that are simple balloons of fluid are rarely cancer. I've taken 8 pt total and all positive. I went to the dr for a blood test a week ago and came up negative. Could it be that I have an ovarian cyst?

May be: Ovarian cysts are quite common and most are benign. You do not state your concern; do you have any symptoms? Did you discuss your concern, if you have any, with your doctor? What prompted you to do 8 pregnancy tests? There may be issues that need a good conversation with your doctor to flush out. Read more

After an ovarian pregnancy ruptures is a blood test the only thing that can differentiate it from an ovarian cyst?

Not necessarily: Blood test for HCG would help in establishing pregnancy and if there is no gestational sac in the uterus, it would suggest an ectopic pregnancy. Ultrasound examination, blood tests, and examination of the tissue by a pathologist may all be needed to confirrm a diagnosis. Read more

Recently blood test shows increased liver function, ultrasound showed pancreatic and liver cysts, what could this mean?

Cysts: Pancreatic cysts are of many types, some benign some with malignant potential. Liver cysts are less well understood. Increased lfts mean something--medication, alcohol, internal liver disorders--is causing liver dysfunction.
