Diabetes Control: Fasting under 100 is normal, treated under 120 is pretty good, over 140 not so good. 2 hours after meals normal is 140 to 150 and good control is the same , add 10-20 or so. I suggest you get a fasting SERUM glucose and an A1c at the least; a serum glucose 2 hours after a 75 gram oral glucose load is a good idea too. I bet you'll find multiple abnormalities.
