If you have spots only on your arm(not all over especially on the skin of your legs, you do not have petechiea(unless you had your BP checked on your arm area. After the blood cells have leaked out, the area behaves just like a bruise (the body breaks down the blood cells into different colored pigments, and carries them away over a week). Angiomas?: Hard to say without seeing them, but i suspect that they are cherry angiomas, which are like moles except that they are made of small blood vessels. They are harmless - if that is indeed what they are. You really should have a dermatologist look at them in person, so that you'll know for certain what they are. ...Read more
