Hematuria=cystoscope: Blood in semen usually not serious but blood in urine might be. Was a urine culture obtained? And if so was urine infected? Prostatitis: The prostate gland accounts for about 2/3 of the volume of ejaculate. Chronic inflammation/infection may reduce this. Yes it does: The prostate is very involved in making up the semen - so if you've been told you have prostatitis then indeed I would expect some abnormalities until your condition is cured. It looks like you're on levofloxacin, which is good medicine for prostate infections - I hope your doc cultured you to be 100% sure.
