Blood pressure reading of 120/50 is this normal also thyroid blood results TSH 0.21 and Free T4 is 19.3.. are these now within 'normal' range ?
Looks okay: If you feel okay, there is no such thing as "low blood pressure"; it need be only high enough to keep your body perfused. Whether these thyroid labs are okay depends on the units. Reference ranges are arbitrarily set so that several percent of healthies fall outside. Glad you're staying proactive. BEst wishes. ...Read more
My blood test result: tsh... H....5.59(max normal range is 5), should I be worried ? Many many tnx in advnc
Go see your doctor: So you got your results. Whoever ordered the test(s) should have interpreted your results for you and offered you a diagnosis eg hypothyroidism & treatment plan, eg start or increase levothyroxine, then plan to recheck labs in 6wks. Hi, 31y, male. Low sperm analysis results. My blood results for : s-tsh - 1.05 miu/l; FSH - 14.9 iu/l; LH - 12.6 iu/l. Where could the problem lie?
Testicular problem: Your lh and fsh levels are elevated. This is consistent with a problem with your testicles producing both testosterone and sperm. You should see a urologist for evaluation. ...Read more

Can hashimoto's go into remission? According to my doctor, he says my last 3 blood results showed normal TSH levels & he may take me off levothyroxine if this continues. Could the hashimoto's return later or is there a chance it could be gone completely
My last blood results showed a high TSH levels but t3andt4 in normal range. Should i see someone regarding hypotyhroidism?
Yes: An elevated TSH indicates that your pituitary gland feels that your thyroid level is somewhat low. The fact that the T4 and T3 (liothyronine) are normal means that the problem is still mild. If you have symptoms of an underactive thyroid, treatment with thyroid hormone is indicated. If you have no symptoms, and the TSH is only mildly high, one can repeat the level in a few months and see if it has changed. ...Read more
Can they determine if a nodule is hot or cold by just going by blood work results? Such as Tsh t3 (liothyronine) & t4 levels? My t3 (liothyronine) is high at 4.3 tsh and T4 are ok
Need more work up: I'm assuming you have a nodule. "Hot" or "cold" is determined by a radioactive iodine scan. A "hot" nodule may produce too much T3 (liothyronine) and/or T4, but if it did, the TSH should be low, and you say yours is normal. A "cold" nodule is more likely to be a cancer, and thyroid cancer usually does not affect the thyroid blood tests. You may need an Endocrinology consult, and a biopsy of that nodule. ...Read more
