Look deeper: There are multiple possibilities. The first come to mind is kidney problems, the second is hardening of your arteries, the third could be neurological. Your medications, sodium intake can also contribute to this. You need to look deeper to find the cause asap. ?: I'm really not sure what you have in mind. Unless you smoke or have diabetes, I'll bet you don't have angina at all! You need a stress test to see if you have evidence of coronary artery disease and to help determine if you really do have angina or not. Stress test normal: If your stress test is normal at your young age then it is a pretty good sign that your heart is healthy at this point. The best things you can do to keep your heart healthy are to manage the risk factors for heart disease:keep BP normal, don't smoke, exercise regularly, keep cholesterol normal, manage sugars if diabetic, and eat a healthy diet. The usual is coronary angiogram to be definitive.

This is probably nothing but my blood pressure keeps going down and down each time it's checked. I'm usually 112/80 but then it was 106/74, then 104/72, then the last time it was 80/54. I was laying down waiting for colonoscopy so I wasn't stressed.

You may also have: Been moderately dehydrated from the diarrhea associated with the bowel prep for your colposcopy. If you were not dizzy or lightheaded and did not pass out it will most likely return to normal when you return to normal oral intake and bowel activity.
