Sir, my blood pressure was 130/100. I started exercise.But still my diastolic component is100 and systolic is 120. Sir, I am worried about 100 reading?

Is 25mg losartan(cozaar) a low dose? My blood pressure ranges 150-130/90-100 and doctor put me on low dose. worried about BP going too low.
Take the Losartan: It sounds like you need to take the Losartan. It is a good drug to start with for high blood pressure. At that dose and at your age, it is highly unlikely that your blood pressure will go too low.
