Look into it: There is a condition called posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) that can occur in eclampsia. If that's what you had, it sounds like you had only a partial syndrome. You may have had only a "partial" eclampsia, so to speak. I suggest a neurological consultation. You MAY BE (I didn't say ARE) at higher risk of eclampsia in subsequent pregnancies. ...Read more

Depends: What matters most is whether the beta-hCG is rising or falling. If you had a level of 33, but in 2 days it's 66, then you likely aren't having a miscarriage. If it doesn't increase, or falls, then likely you are. So definitely need more information before making a determination. Hope that helps. ...Read more
