Seek a second input: Hematuria is not normal. Your symptoms suggest the probability of a stone and or passing a stone. Would suggest getting an imaging if not done. Further more a full urine test would help. A bladder stone can cause UTI like symptoms. In rare cases interstitial cystitis can present like this but rare.
