You need a Doctor: If you do not already have a doctor, you should be under the care of one as you have something serious going on in your abdomen(appendicitis or infection in your kidney) if you have a high white cell count and cramping pain in your belly. You : You know, just this second my sister-in-law called me to say she has blood in her urine and abdominal pain! are you my brother-in-law? :) the two most common causes of blood in the urine are a kidney stone and a urinary tract infection. There are other causes, like bladder tumors and such, but if this is sudden and her pain seems to radiate from her back or lower abdomen to her groin, she may have a stone. If you have a urologist, call him/her. Otherwise, i would call her primary physician. If she has a stone, her pain may blossom over the night, and you may have to bring her to the er, just to manage the pain. Meanwhile, she should stay hydrated as much as possible.
