Blood in urine: the urine protein is usually due to the red blood cells in the urine . You should have a urine culture sent to check for infection, even though the test does not show leukocytes. Also be evaluated for kidney stones and other causes of blood in the urine. An ultrasound or stone protocol CT scan may be needed as well as bloodwork to check kidney function. ...Read more

Urinary evaluation: Well this is clearly an abnormal finding -so a professional evaluation is warranted. I would be looking for a full urinalysis -not just a dipstick. There are other diseases that could cause 'sediment' in the urine -so part of this could be explained by whatever medical issues you have now.
