Need what you mean: Are you referring to digital rectal exam when you say "prostate manipulation".What do you mean by "lower body X-ray"? You should have CT scan of the abdomen with contrast because the blood is not necessarily coming from the bladder.It could be from the kidneys. I would think the urologist who cystoscoped you must have also checked your kidneys.It is a good idea to talk to your urologist.Good luck. ...Read more
